Red Brick Homes is a Registered Builder with Tarion, the consumer protection body that regulates new home builders and sellers through the administration and enforcement of the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and Regulations.
We are also licensed through the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, which regulates new home builders and vendors in the province. The HCRA holds licensed builders to professional standards in order to protect the public interest and enhances consumer confidence in the homebuilding industry.
